This crab pincher is our first attempt in testing a multiple color print. The photo shows the print when we began to add massive layer of red color balls. During the time we finished this artwork, the blue colors were already absorbed by the brinks of the wall and not visible anymore. The total print has the size of 5 x 2,3m and used around 2.200 color balls. The colors we used were cyan, dark blue, orange, pink and red. Print distance was around 5m.

The yellow ball we printed here is an highlight in our process of development. It is the first time we tried to use the density of points to regulate the brightness of an printed object. The print has the size of 4 x 4m and used around 1.500 color balls. The artworks around are made by graffiti artists with conventional techniques.

At the Spree river in the middle of Berlin we printed this jumping humpback whale. The difficulty was so maintain a clean print even the distance was high and there was a constant wind on the water surface. The print size is 8 x 4m with 2500 points and the distance across the river was 11,4m.

Right beside the BCC at the Alexanderplatz in Berlin we had  the opportunity to do a print performance during the "Webinale". Again we were facing problems due to an upcoming heavy storm. The print size was 4,5 x 9m and the distance around 5m.

We printed this eagle for the art exhibition "Wahlheimat" in Karlsruhe (Germany). We used 1700 colorballs for the print size of 4 x 4m which we printed in only 12 minutes. Even the youngest visitors where totally stocked!

Our first commissioned work: A portrait of Calvin on the backside of a parish hall in the center of Hamburg (right next to the train station). The difficulty was that the print should remain during the "Calvin Year 2009". That’s why we filled up 4.000 balls manually by hand with long lasting house paint! The color of the wall itself was a challenge too. To get more contrast towards the grey background we first printed the portrait with orange paint, then added black ontop of it. The print is 5 m high and 12m wide. The location is "Ferdinandstrasse" corner "Brandsende" in Hamburg.
